What is notartstry?
notartstry transforms music, memories, and emotions into original paintings that become collectible phone case artworks.
Every artwork begins as a hand-painted piece before becoming part of our collection.
How do the phone cases work?
Each phone case includes one interchangeable artwork already attached. The artwork can be removed and replaced with another notartstry artwork whenever you'd like, so you can refresh your phone case without replacing the entire case.
Can I buy additional artworks?
Yes. Additional interchangeable artworks are available separately and are designed to fit your notartstry phone case. Simply swap the artwork to match your mood, memory, or moment.

Are the phone cases protective?

Yes. The interchangeable artwork is designed to stay securely in place during everyday use while remaining easy to swap whenever you'd like.
Are all artworks compatible with every notartstry phone case?
Yes. Every interchangeable artwork is compatible with your notartstry phone case, provided it's for the same phone model.
Will more artworks be released?
Yes. New artworks and collections will be released regularly. Follow us on Instagram to be the first to know about future drops.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a DHL tracking number by email.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times:
- Saudi Arabia: 2–4 business days
- GCC: 3–5 business days
- International: 4–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weekends, holidays, or courier delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide with DHL Express.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your DHL tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, we'll gladly replace it.
What if I ordered the wrong phone model?
Please double-check your phone model before placing your order. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or exchanges if the incorrect phone model was selected during checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We'll review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Will my artwork look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent every product as accurately as possible. Slight colour variations caused by screen settings are normal and aren't considered manufacturing defects.
